Jewelarc is a jewellery design, development, manufacturing and distribution business, supplying to wholesalers, retailers and catalogue publishers around the world since 2002.
Core to meeting and delivering our objectives is our sincere determination to protect the environment and support our community.
Specialising in fine gold, silver, precious gems and diamonds we focus on only sustainable traceable sources of our gems and always look to support artisanal mining whenever the opportunity arises.
Every stone is researched, we know where our gold and silver comes from and we exclusively use diamonds from Botswana and all are traceable to the mine.
In addition to in-house creations, the experienced design team also works closely with customers to create customized styles and collections. In Australia, Asia, Europe, USA and UK. Jewelarc’s dedicated support teams communicate effectively to track your products from design stage right through to delivery completely transparently.
Jewelarc’s operations facility in Thailand was established in 2005 as a Thai Government Board of Investment (BOI) approved International Procurement Office. The Thailand operations centre obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2007 and RJC membership in 2024. Strict ISO procedures guide all aspects of our operations and help ensure that our customers receive the absolute highest quality of product, service and support.
100% of our gold in production is SMO (Single Mine Origin Gold) including ALL findings used in production. We can also supply recycled gold from our own production supporting a clearer environmental pathway for our gold production. WE KNOW WHERE OUR GOLD COMES FROM and we can share that information in detail with our clients to the end consumer.
100% of our silver in production is recycle E-waste or Hospital waste exclusively.
We are a member of the Provenance Proof Block Chain and work tirelessly to understand the origins of the gems we use. We support artisanal miners over factory miners and closely monitor the supply chain.
Our Diamonds are supplied from responsible sources in particular Botswana Mark diamonds (B Corp certified) and certified Botswana diamonds.

Passion: most of our staff have a jewellery background and a high understanding of the production and distribution of the product we make. At each stage of production, the staff are passionate about quality outcomes. Our CS team are passionate about our customers and know that they are the customers’ representative to support customers’ needs.
Accountability: at every level of production the workers are accountable to efficient production results across all stages of production, and they are supported with tracking to allow transparency to HR, management and workers as to their performance. More recently the staff see a greater role in the ability to work with us to achieve sustainable outcomes.
Care: we care deeply for our staff, our staff care for each other and our customers’ needs. We have a diverse group of people and all share the spirit of inclusion. We are a village.
