We ship internationally to all customers using FEDEX, DHL, UPS or other shipping carriers as per request.
Shipment can be made using Jewelarc’s account with the freight and insurance on-charged to the customer.
Alternatively, the customer may provide their own freight account and insurance details to be used for shipments.
Items to be shipped to Thailand including for sample return, diamond and gems for use in manufacture, customer Jewellery for remodelling etc can be shipped directly to our head office or through our Sydney office if in Australia.
We ask that our Shipping Department is given pre-notice of goods shipped directly so they can prepare the appropriate paperwork to ensure smooth passage through Thai Customs
